PILATES CLASSES

My Pilates classes are all mixed ability where I offer modifications and progressions according to the individual needs of the people in the group.

By the end of the hour session you should feel like everything has been worked and stretched effectively. Pilates has the power to make you feel less stressed, more energised, more flexible and stronger.

PILATES WITH WEIGHTS CLASSES

As we age we lose both muscle strength and bone density. Adding light weights to our exercise routine is very beneficial in addressing these age-related issues.

In addition to building body strength clients attending Pilates with weights classes experience: superior balance and posture; improved mood and confidence; and often better sleep.

I recommend some previous Pilates experience before commencing Pilates with weights classes.

I run two weights classes, both on Tuesday evenings at Friends’ Meeting House, Lancaster: 6:15-7:15 pm and 7:30-8:30 pm
